All products are made-to-order. Production takes 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier you'll receive tracking information by email.

Orders within Israel are delivered within 7 business days after handoff to the courier.

We do not accept returns. All products are 3D-printed to order based on your selection.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We review every case individually and will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Standard shipping within Israel is ₪39. Delivery to Jerusalem is ₪55. International shipping is coming soon.

Yes. All orders include tracking sent to your email once your order ships.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may cancel for a full refund on the same day of purchase, before production begins. Once production starts — typically the next business day — cancellations are no longer possible as each piece is custom-made for you. To cancel, email us or WhatsApp 0552974070 with your order number.
