TERMS OF SERVICE - PRINTVISION STUDIOS

Welcome to PrintVision Studios. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General & Eligibility

Age Requirement: Purchases are only available to individuals 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age and are the authorized holder of the payment method used.

Guest Checkout: You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information during checkout, including:

  • First & Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Valid Email Address
  • Correct Shipping Address and Country

2. Products & Nature of Goods

Custom Manufacturing: All products sold by PrintVision Studios are 3D printed and made-to-order. Due to the additive manufacturing process, minor surface variations (such as layer lines, small artifacts, or texture differences) may occur. These are not considered defects but are characteristic of 3D printing technology.

Product Imagery: Images on the site are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or finish.

3. Processing & Shipping

A. Production & Dispatch Times (Processing Time)

All items are printed on demand. Production takes 1-3 business days from order confirmation to handoff to the shipping carrier. These times do not include the time the package spends in transit.

B. Shipping Transit Times

Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is determined by the courier service and is not included in the processing times above.

Israel: Delivery times depend on local courier speed. Remote areas may experience longer transit times.

Delays: PrintVision Studios is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, force majeure events, or if the customer fails to respond to delivery coordination.

4. Cancellation Policy

Same Day Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund on the same day of purchase before production begins.

How to Cancel: Requests must be made in writing via email (contact.printvision3d@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (0525543345) immediately with your order number.

After Production Begins: Once production starts (typically the next business day), the order cannot be canceled.

5. Returns & Refunds

Standard Policy: Returns are not allowed due to the custom nature of our products. Each piece is made-to-order specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Quality Guarantee: All products come with a 30-day quality guarantee covering structural defects and quality issues under normal use. See our full Warranty Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability: PrintVision Studios and anyone acting on its behalf shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, injury, or loss caused to the customer or any third party as a result of using (or misusing) any product purchased through this website beyond the warranty replacement outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Customer Responsibility: Use of all products is entirely at the customer's own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of any purchased item.

7. Legal Notice & Jurisdiction

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PrintVision Studios.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Consumer Protection: This policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010. Note that for "goods made according to special requirements" (custom 3D prints), cancellation rights are limited by law.
