Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund on the same day of purchase, before production begins. Once production starts (typically the next business day), cancellations are no longer possible as each piece is custom-made specifically for you.

How to Cancel:

Returns

We do not accept returns. All products are 3D-printed to order based on your selection. Once production begins, the order cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

What to do:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Send clear photos showing the damage or defect

We review each case individually and will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Custom-made products are exempt from standard return policies under Israeli Consumer Protection Law
  • Minor surface variations (layer lines, texture differences) are characteristic of 3D printing technology and are not considered defects
